No. The demo environment uses clearly-labeled illustrative data. When you create an account and add your own investments, the platform tracks your real records.

AbateInvestments uses row-level security, server-side authorization, audit logging, and least-privilege roles. One organization's users can never access another's private records. No passwords are stored in plain text.

AbateInvestments has an integration framework for approved financial data providers, but does not advertise live brokerage connections or live market prices unless an integration is operational. Manual entry and valuation are first-class features.

Yes. The real estate module supports property portfolios, rental income and expenses, mortgage tracking, NOI, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, lease reminders, and valuation history — all reconciled with your investment portfolios.

No. AbateInvestments does not hold, pool, or transfer investor funds, and does not function as a broker-dealer, custodian, or securities settlement system. Real-money investment execution is disabled by default.

Yes. AbateInvestments supports CSV and PDF exports for portfolios, transactions, and reports. All exports reconcile with the same underlying data used by the dashboard.
