Not a broker-dealer or adviser
AbateInvestments does not function as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, lender, or issuer of investment products. It does not hold, pool, or transfer investor funds. Real investment offerings, subscriptions, and securities transactions are disabled by default and require a separately reviewed compliance configuration covering applicable securities laws, investor eligibility, disclosures, and other obligations.
Valuations are estimates unless verified
For private companies, real estate, and alternative assets, valuations are often user-entered and labeled as estimates. AbateInvestments does not fabricate live market prices. Missing valuations remain explicitly unknown and are not silently converted to zero or included in misleading performance figures.
Deposits are not profits
Adding money to a portfolio increases its value but is not an investment gain. Withdrawing money is not an investment loss. AbateInvestments distinguishes contributions and withdrawals from investment performance.
Data accuracy
The accuracy of your portfolio calculations depends on the accuracy of the data you enter. AbateInvestments provides validated calculations but does not independently verify the accuracy of user-entered transactions or valuations.
Integration limitations
Financial data integrations may be unavailable. AbateInvestments does not claim an account is connected or a price is live unless the integration is operational. Failed integrations do not corrupt financial data.
