No invented prices
AbateInvestments never fabricates live market data. When a price feed is not connected, your valuations are labeled as estimates and missing valuations stay explicitly unknown — they are never silently converted to zero or folded into misleading performance figures.
- Deposits are never treated as investment profits
- Withdrawals are never treated as investment losses
- Partial sales reduce cost basis correctly
- Fees and expenses are tracked separately from income
