By accessing or using AbateInvestments, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, organizations, and administrators.
2. Nature of the platform
AbateInvestments is a tracking, portfolio management, information, and administrative platform. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, lender, or issuer of investment products. It does not provide personalized investment recommendations or guarantee investment outcomes. Real investment offerings, transactions, and securities activities are disabled by default and require a separately reviewed compliance configuration.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. AbateInvestments does not store passwords in plain text. Account deletion and data export are supported.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. AbateInvestments uses row-level security, server-side authorization, and audit logging to protect your information. Multi-tenant isolation prevents cross-organization access. We follow data minimization principles.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to access another user's or organization's data, elevate your own privileges, circumvent security controls, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in account suspension and audit recording.
6. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AbateInvestments does not guarantee that calculations are error-free, that integrations will remain available, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbateInvestments shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to terms
AbateInvestments may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
